Personal career management services

Using world class profiling instrumentation, we will assist individuals and organisationswithin the community support sector in identifying appropriate career options and potential successors.  This profiling will assist in identifying personal and/or required values, attitudes and behaviours.  The instrumentation will also allow for multi source feedback providing the individual/organisation with differing perspectives.
 
This profiling will look at the competencies required to achieve career aspirations as well as strategies to embrace to further advance careers.
 
This profiling will be complimented by extensive debriefing and action planning for the individual.

What is career coaching?

Career coaching is a solution-focussed systematic process in which the coach facilitates the enhancement of performance, self-directed learning and personal growth of other individuals.

Coaching is about creating behaviour changes that help enhance performance and learning.  It moves people from awareness to responsibility.

Coaching typically follows the following process:

  •  Needs analysis, career and role review
  • Review of previous feedback/assessments & SDOT Analysis (Strengths, Development needs, Opportunities, Threats)
  • Psychological profiling and feedback
  • 360 degree survey and possible third party interviews (if appropriate)
  • Coaching
  • Progress reporting and closure

Costing is based on level of experience and profiling and interviewing required.
