Career coaching is a solution-focussed systematic process in which the coach facilitates the enhancement of performance, self-directed learning and personal growth of other individuals.
Coaching is about creating behaviour changes that help enhance performance and learning. It moves people from awareness to responsibility.
Coaching typically follows the following process:
- Needs analysis, career and role review
- Review of previous feedback/assessments & SDOT Analysis (Strengths, Development needs, Opportunities, Threats)
- Psychological profiling and feedback
- 360 degree survey and possible third party interviews (if appropriate)
- Coaching
- Progress reporting and closure
Costing is based on level of experience and profiling and interviewing required.
